The accessibility-status management of the system is based on Windows style look & feel.

It is possible, either during basic configuration or during the lesson, to remove an application lock at any level, e.g. if the teacher requires the students to use Microsoft Word but no other Office application, he would first lock the entire Office folder and then unlock the Word folder afterwards.

This helps the teacher to keep pace with changing requirements as the lesson progresses.
